Job Description
We are searching for an experienced highly motivated sales professional with demonstrated high level of sales achievement with Commercial Construction Bidding/Estimating for Fire Alarm and Integrated Security Systems. The primary responsibility of the Senior Sales Engineer is to grow direct commercial sales and new construction sales through electrical contractors.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Two plus years of experience selling fire alarm and integrated security systems
- Strong understanding of architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings/plans
- Understands job labor, material and time requirements by analyzing bid documents
- Develops cost estimates by gathering bid documents, blueprints, and project specification information
- Develops and presents required bid documents and proposals
- Successful track record selling to the “new construction” market through electrical and general contractors
- Ability to close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
