Job

We are searching for an experienced highly motivated sales professionals to complement our growing sales team in the New Jersey market.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a high level of sales achievement with commercial fire alarm and integrated security systems.  The primary responsibility of the Senior Sales Executive is to grow commercial sales by identifying new local business customers as well as new construction business accounts through electrical contractors.

Additional Requirements/Qualifications

  • Two plus years of experience directly selling within the fire alarm and integrated security market
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Hunter means and methods approach to sales
  • Perform customer needs analysis to develop sales strategies to gain new business customers and commercial construction customers
  • Successful track record selling into new construction market with electrical contractors
  • Strong understanding of architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings and plans.
  • Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives
  • Prepare personal work plans to develop existing accounts and establish new business to meet company goals.
