We are seeking a Fire Protection Sales Professional specifically to develop new account sales and recurring inspection service agreements for Restaurant Fire Suppression, Special Hazard Systems and Portable Fire Extinguishers. A qualified candidate shall be tenacious, highly motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task, possess good communication skills and a self starter who is looking for a real challenge with real growth. The candidate shall have a successful, proven sales track record of five plus continuous years working at this level in the industry, adept at prospecting, networking, building alliances with End-Users, General Contractors, Property Management Companies and Business Associations to promote and develop new accounts in the commercial and industrial markets.
Qualifications and Duties of a candidate shall be experienced in the contracting business to include construction plan take-offs, preparation of bids, bid-specs, end user markets, design, layout, developing proposals/sales contracts for end users and to follow-up on outstanding bids.
The candidate is expected to be, computer literate, organized and well versed in the appropriate Standards of NFPA, IBCNJ and the IFCNJ. Pyro-Chem Certification, licensing from the NJDOFS, NJDCA and NICET Level II is preferred, but not required.
